Dear Diary...Helped a friend move house yesterday and repainted her new 'lilac' coloured room to a nice rose white with heritage red borders...
Boy what an excellent work-out I had had in years!
Unfortunately my medical results for my blood sugar and blood pressure today showed how unhealthy and unfit I am!
Dr's orders to come back again on Monday to reconfirm the numbers again....
Reached home after a lunch appointment and went straight to bed as the world was spinning round and round....
